This explains what information Memery collects and why. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the site and deliver your orders.
1. What we collect
Email address — when you buy a sticker (to deliver the download link) or request a commission / verification code.
Order details — the sticker purchased, amount, and payment status. We do not see or store your card number; Stripe handles payment.
Anonymous usage— a random cookie lets you like paintings. It isn't tied to your identity.
2. How we use it
To process and deliver your order, respond to commission requests, keep the site working, and meet legal or tax obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We use Stripe for payments and a email provider to send messages. These services process data under their own policies. We never sell your information.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet record-keeping requirements. Verification codes expire after 15 minutes.
5. Your rights
