These terms govern your use of Memery and the purchase of digital stickers. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Memery is operated by your.address@gmail.com, located in Earth. Email: your.address@gmail.com
2. Your account
You don't need an account to browse. To buy a sticker you provide an email address so we can deliver your download link. You're responsible for keeping that inbox accessible.
3. Digital stickers & licensing
Stickers are sold as digital files (PNG/SVG). When you buy one, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for personal projects.
You may not resell, redistribute, or include the files in a product you sell. The artist retains all copyright. See the Refund Policy for what happens if a download fails.
4. Commissions
Commission requests are separate from sticker sales and are accepted at the artist's discretion. Any commission terms (scope, price, timeline) are agreed by email before work begins.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. Prices are listed in US dollars and charged at checkout.
6. Limitation of liability
Memeryis provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or its digital files.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
