Because stickers are digital files delivered instantly, refunds work a little differently than for physical goods.
1. Download problems
If a download link doesn't arrive, expires before you use it, or the file is broken, get in touch and we'll re-issue the link or fix the file at no cost. Email: your.address@gmail.com
2. Refunds
Given the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final once the files have been downloaded. If you were charged in error or never received a working file, contact us within 14days of purchase and we'll review it.
